We do not charge for any item until we confirm the order and you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the internet. | Shipping And Handling Free shipping is limited to the UK mainland only and we send out items using Royal Mail Second Class post however you also have the option to upgrade it to First Class for a nominal fee at the post of ordering if you need the item more quickly and for those items which are urgently needed next day we can upgrade the order to our overnight courier for an additional price of £14 (inclusive). | Delivery Schedule We aim to process and dispatch your order straight away and always if possible within 24 hours (Monday - Friday and sometimes Saturday mornings) using Royal Mail or a courier on heavier items. Orders taken over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday however you can experience delays over the Christmas Period and Bank Holidays. If an order is received by us by 4.30 pm we will endeavour to dispatch the ordered goods the same day. |
